    Guild Rules

Post by Sora on Tue Jul 21, 2015 7:41 pm

While in a guild, it is best to read the following rules:

    • Defection- First and foremost, this cannot be an out-of-character decision. Your character must have a strong reason to leave a guild. Did your character's Guild Master treat you poorly? Did you lack opportunities in that guild? Did the guild not give you what they promised? If you are unsure about this, feel free to contact an administrator or myself.

NOTE: An exception to this rule is if fellow guild members are not allowing you to plan anything out-of-character. Also keep in mind that if you leave a guild, you cannot return to it unless you once again have a strong reason to. Consent is also required from the Guild Master to rejoin a guild.

    • Restrictions- You can only be in one guild at a time.

    • Leadership- To become the Guild Master of a Legal or Dark Guild, you must first apply for the position. To do this, you must at least be B-Ranked. You must prove in your application that you have done a lot for the guild, and will  be every more loyal to the guild, should you receive the position. There can only be one Guild Master, so do not complain if the spot is taken already. Guild Masters will be stripped of their position if they are inactive for at least three weeks, and have not informed the site of their absence. If stripped of your status as a Guild Master, you may reapply for the position if it is vacant.

    • Benefits of Leadership- Guild Masters can remove guild members and/or Aces from the guild at any time. However, to do so, the Guild Master must a strong reason to do so in-character. A staff member must receive reasons as to why that guild member or Ace should be removed from the guild beforehand. Additionally, Guild Masters can create events and jobs exclusive to their guild. Of course, these events and/or jobs will also be reviewed by a staff member for approval.

    • Guild Aces- To be a Guild's ace, you must first apply for the position. To do this, you must be at least be B-Ranked. You must prove in your application have much of a benefit your character has been to the guild so far, and what he or she could do for the guild if he or she were given the position. There can only be three aces per guild, so do not complain if the spots are taken already. Aces can be stripped of their status if they are inactive for at least three weeks, and have not informed the site of their absence. If stripped of your status as Ace, you may reapply for the position if one of the three in your guild is vacant.

    • Benefits of an Ace- Aces can also create events for their guild, but not jobs. There are also jobs exclusive to Aces with bigger rewards than average jobs.

    • Absence- If absent of a Guild Master, the highest ranked member of the guild gets the position unofficially. An unofficial Guild Master only gets the benefit of representing the guild in events, or in important discussions. This rule does not apply to Guild Aces.
